This cilantro and garlic green Greek yogurt sauce has it all. This versatile sauce is a perfect blend of deliciousness and healthiness. It can elevate any dish, from sandwiches to salads, with its creamy texture and refreshing taste. Spread it over bread for a sandwich, dip your empanadas or croquettes, add it as a dressing to your salads, or over chicken rice or mashed potatoes. This easy-to-make Greek yogurt sauce is perfect to serve with chips, tacos, and pita bread and stays in the fridge for days.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 bunch of cilantro (use the leaves and discard the stems)
- 1 big clove of garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/8 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- Food processor or blender
Directions:
1.- 1. Add all the ingredients to the food processor and mix until they are well combined.
